| Project Description: | Work included restoration and renovation of the historic Book Cadillac Hotel originally built in 1923. The 33-story structure, once "the world's tallest hotel," was converted into a multiuse facility, functioning as a 450 room hotel including Grand Ballrooms, restaurants, office and retail spaces, pools, workout facilities, and eight floors of condominiums. The project also featured construction of a three-story addition to the original building. |
